DRVN is a six-month coaching program built to develop your discipline. You get daily training built for you, daily check-ins, and a coach who holds you to the standard. Meet it every week, or lose your spot.
What DRVN is
One deliberate commitment. Not a 30-day challenge.
A session every day, built around your goals. Report in daily. Three coach check-ins every week.
80% weekly compliance, no alcohol, no drugs, no porn. Miss it and you're removed.

Fall below 80% in any week and you're removed — your spot goes to the waitlist.
Only 10 new athletes accepted per month.
When the month is full, a waitlist opens. Miss 80% weekly compliance and you're out — the next person on the waitlist takes your spot.
The Mission
Anyone can follow a workout plan. Fewer people can commit to showing up every single day — especially when motivation disappears.
Everyone is born with the ability to be disciplined. For most people it's buried under excuses, comfort and habit. It doesn't need to be invented. It needs to be uncovered — then developed through repeated action.
We remove the excuses, set the standards, and hold you accountable to the commitments you've made. You'll train harder. You'll build consistency. You'll find out what you're capable of.
Not your finish time, body composition or the weight on the bar. The person you've always wanted to be — for yourself, for your partner, and for your kids. The ones watching how you show up.
But you do need to be willing to commit.
Tired of telling yourself every week that next week is the week you start drinking less, stop taking edibles, finally quit watching porn, and get back in the gym?
The week passes. And you hear yourself saying the same thing again. And again. Indefinitely.
This is your sign. Now is the time. DRVN is the vehicle.
DRVN is for people who are tired of negotiating with themselves. Ready to stop starting over. Who know real progress takes consistency long after the excitement fades.
We're not looking for perfect people. We're looking for committed ones.
You don't have to be elite to start.
You have to be committed to the work.
Training and accountability are the vehicle.
Discipline is the destination.
The Standard
Six months. Clear expectations. Real accountability.
One programmed session every day for six months. Not every day is maximal — recovery, mobility and active restoration are programmed intentionally.
Why · Discipline is a daily habit, not a weekly event. When training is non-negotiable every day, you stop deciding whether to show up and simply do it.
Complete at least 80% of your programmed workouts each week.
Why · 80% leaves room for real life — a sick kid, a late flight — without leaving room for excuses. It's high enough to change you and honest enough to keep.
Submit at least 80% of your required daily updates.
Why · What gets reported gets done. A daily report forces an honest look at the day and gives your coach what he needs to adjust your plan.
No drinking for the full six months.
Why · Alcohol quietly costs sleep, recovery, energy and clear decisions. Removing it entirely is simpler than moderating it — there's nothing left to negotiate.
No recreational drug use, including weed and edibles. Prescribed medications and medically necessary treatments are allowed.
Why · The goal is to face discomfort clearly instead of numbing it. Every day you choose the harder, clearer path builds the discipline you're here for.
No pornography for the full six months.
Why · It's a habit built on instant gratification — the opposite of what DRVN trains. Cutting it out is one of the most direct ways to rebuild self-control.
Three structured check-ins with your coach every week.
Why · Accountability works when someone is actually paying attention. Regular check-ins catch drift early and keep you honest about progress, recovery and obstacles.
One continuous six-month commitment. Not a 30-day challenge.
Why · Motivation fades in weeks. Six months is long enough to push past it and turn effort into identity — who you are, not what you're trying.
Hit at least 80% workout compliance and 80% daily reporting every week. Fall below 80% and you will be removed from the program — and someone on the waitlist takes your spot. No exceptions for lost motivation. Medical issues are handled through the participation policy.

One standard. Programming built around you.
There are no off-the-shelf plans at DRVN. Your programming is built from scratch around you — where you are today, where you want to be, and what your life actually looks like.
It adjusts as you progress. What doesn't change is the standard you're held to every day.
The standard is shared.
The programming is yours.
The Six-Month Journey
An illustrative progression, not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Build consistency. Establish baseline fitness. Learn the expectations. Develop daily routines and accountability.
You don't rise to the occasion. You execute to the standard you've built.
The Coach
The standard is shared.
The work is yours.

Matt went from a 4:00 marathon to a 2:35 Boston Marathon in three and a half years — not through talent, but through daily, unglamorous consistency while building companies and a family.
He's passionate about discipline and about helping people uncover the discipline already hidden within them.

Six months.
Coaching is $300 per month, collected at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month. Paying the full six months up front saves 10% ($1,620 instead of $1,800). Coaches adjust training where appropriate. Medical limitations, injuries and other legitimate circumstances are handled through an established exception and modification process. No one is ever expected to train against medical advice.
DRVN accepts only 10 new athletes each month so every athlete gets real coaching and accountability. Once a month is full, a waitlist is established and applicants are contacted as spots open.
A discipline coach holds you to the commitments you make — daily. At DRVN that means a training session every day, daily reporting, three coach check-ins a week, and clear behavioral standards for six months. The goal isn't motivation. It's consistency that lasts.
Yes — it's built in. For the full six months, the standard is zero alcohol, zero recreational drugs (including edibles) and zero pornography, backed by daily accountability and a coach who checks in three times a week. Prescribed medications are not prohibited. DRVN is a coaching program, not medical or addiction treatment; if you're dealing with dependency, talk to a medical professional.
Mostly men who are tired of telling themselves next week will be different. You don't need to be an athlete. You need to be willing to commit for six months and become the man you want to be — for yourself, your partner and your kids.
